Staff friendly, but they run a building surrounded by the homeless and they have absolutely no compassion or empathy. They watch a building immediately next door; one that obviously used to be owned by them and they see druggies breaking and entering

I didnt like anything about this hotel I ended up going to o other hotel the place is discussing the rooms have doors that dont close, the beds and the rooms itself are old,the room I was supposed to stay in there was a man in the bed when I opponent

I like nothing. Ot had no breakfast, but cereal which u didn't even know how old it was. Homeless and shady people hanging around. Nothing like it was pictured. The rooms didn't have bugs at least.

Customer service was horrible. The room was filthy and the towels had stains on them. The bed wasnt firm. This hotel need to do total renovations. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there. Worse mistake.

nothing the property was creeping pool was not up to part creepy guest and a lot creepy activity the site was overrated dirty beg bugs, roaches im not being extra dove this bullet and rode pass or booked over this site is horrible & disappointed

The staff was very nice an did everything to make it pleasant the room furniture was old An broken the bathtub had stains in it the outside leading it to hotel need to be cleaned up an the break fast was horrible
